The Rising Bun began with a simple belief: great bread starts with great ingredients. We bake every loaf and pastry in small batches using fresh-milled flour, natural sourdough fermentation, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Every bake is crafted with care to bring wholesome, flavorful bread to your table.

For us, baking is about more than making bread—it's about creating moments to share. Whether you pick up a loaf at the farmers market or enjoy one with family around the dinner table, we hope our baked goods become part of the memories made over good food and good company.
